Inge Berman (aka Ingechu) made the most adorable game in UEFN (Unreal Engine for Fortnite), and I got to make the trailer for it!
The game is called Cat Cafe 🐈
It's a cosy, atmospheric exploration map where you run around a beautiful island Inge built from scratch, discovering quirky cats with funny names and pop culture references. It’s got serious wholesome vibes, and clearly I’m not the only one who thinks so - it’s already been played by over 600,000 people.

Working on the trailer was such a fun process. Inge and I collaborated to get the shots right, first with a lot of playthrough footage, until we started rendered straight out of the game engine. After covering a list of more basic coverage shots, it escalated to the two of us having so much fun playing around with wierder and more creative scenes.
Usually, after editing a trailer you never want to hear the soundtrack again, but I still listen to the music I picked for this one because the whole project was just that enjoyable.
And if you want to hear Inge talk about making the game and the trailer, definitely check out her talk from Unreal Fest: 🎤 Ingechu at Unreal Fest
So proud to have worked on something so wholesome and quirky and wonderful. Go play it and pet some pixel cats for me.
